Beechnut is an all-social facility, meaning that every dog who attends gets to play off-leash in a group with other pups, included in your base rate for free. We do not keep pets in isolation. To ensure your pup is a good fit for group play and that they can rest quietly and comfortably in their suite during inside time, your pet must complete a “Meet & Greet” day of daycare. This day assesses your pet’s social status with other dogs as well as their ability to rest comfortably in a suite. If your pup passes this day, they will be eligible for future daycare and boarding!

Instructions to follow for setting up a Meet & Greet on Goose:

1. Click “Daycare” on the home screen page.
2. Click “Enter details to search availability.”
3. Select “Skip for now” where it asks to provide an email address. This will bring you to where you can set up your profile.
4. Type in your pet’s name, breed, and weight and click “Done.” This will bring you to the next page to schedule your meet and greet.
5. Click “Schedule Meet & Greet.”
6. Enter your email address and a verification code will be sent to you. Type in your verification code and click “Schedule Meet & Greet” again. This brings you to the calendar to select an available date. Select your desired date as well as a time slot (the selected time doesn’t matter — you will have between 7–10 AM that morning to drop off).

Once you select and press continue, you will follow the rest of the prompts on the next screen. You will be required to complete and fill out a new pet questionnaire, so be sure to review policies, vaccine requirements, and age requirements on this screen as well.

Once you have booked your pet, they have a reservation in our system, and our front desk will reach out to you for any further clarification or questions if they come up.
